Head chef Ross Boffin has been cooking first class food at Rashleighs since 2013.

He is passionate about cooking and expert at tending to needs of individuals or groups.

Our restaurant serves wonderful food at the following times:

Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.00am.

Lunch is served from 12 noon to 1.30pm.

Dinner is served between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.

Timings can always be flexible, upon request, depending on the nature of the course or meeting.

The Bar

Our cosy well-stocked bar plays host to elegant evening aperitifs, after-dinner nightcaps and everything in between.

Visitors are invited to make themselves at home here with self-service and an honesty arrangement - just sign for your drinks as you go.

Private Dining

Whether you are team-building, discussing business or even celebrating, the elegant private dining room is available for lunch or dinner for up to 12 people.

If required please book in advance through administration.

White Wines


CHARDONNAY 2012, Vin De France, Patriarche Père et Fils

A crisp wine with an aroma of pineapple, melon and apricots, combined with a touch of citrus and essences of vanilla .Fresh and fruity on the palate.


PINOT GRIGIO, 2012, Conte Lorenzo Sormani, Italy

Dry with peachy fruit flavours and an excellent length.
This is a fine example of a refreshing Pinot Grigio.


LOGAN APPLE TREE FLAT 2010, Chardonnay, Australia

This Chardonnay shows a crisp but textured palate with flavours of pear, lemon and cashew before a long mineral finish.


CHENIN BLANC, 2012, Annexkloof, South Africa

A fresh dry, crispy easy drinking wine with hints of tropical fruit and guava aromas


CYCLES GLADIATOR, 2010, Chardonnay, Hahn Estate, USA

Plenty of peach and pineapple aromas and slight oak undertones follow through to a ripeness on the palate with white stone and tropical fruit flavours.


PICAROON, MARGARET RIVER, 2012, Sauvignon/Semillon

A classic Australian wine with characteristics of gooseberry, fresh cut hay and lemon zest.
The palate has soft fruit flavours with a gentle sweet lemon tone.


TIKI ESTATE, MARLBOURGH, Sauvignon 2013, New Zealand

Perfumed floral aromas and hints of passion fruit, grapefruit and gooseberry lead to a palate with delicious fruit flavours and balanced acidity.


HAHN ESTATE, 2009, Chardonnay, USA

Aromatics of peaches, pineapples and lemon zest lead onto a mouth-watering tropical medley and crisp acidity with subtle oak nuances.


POUILLY FUISSE, 2010, Patriarche Pere et Fils, France

Fruity and a touch floral, with hints of honey and hazelnut on the nose.
A dry fresh and citrusy palate and subtly nutty old world character.


SANCERRE, 2009, Domaine du Rochoy

A rich, well-balanced white Sancerre offering a vast mosaic of aromas and a fine flinty tang.


CLOS DU CHATEAU, 2009, Bourgogne Blanc, Chateau de Meursault

A fruity freshness combined with the typical full-bodied characteristics of the chardonnay grape grown in Meursault. The finish is long with light, woody notes.


Sparkling Wines



Fresh florals and Peach on the nose, a touch of sweetness. Fantastic little bubbles.


LOUIS PERDRIER, NV, Sparkling Rose, France

This delightfully elegant sparkling wine from the Burgundy region of France offers a light fruity well balanced wine, ideal with light salads & meats or on its own as an aperitif.





A lively champagne with honey on the nose and pineapple and lychees on the palate. A lasting finish and aromatic complexity make this a superb choice!


Red Wines


CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2012, Vin de France, Patriarche Père

A light fruity wine displaying classic Cabernet flavours of rich spicy red fruits and aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry.


LOGAN APPLE TREE FLAT,2011, Shiraz, Australia

The perfumed aroma shows characters of mixed berries, plum and earthy spices with flavours of red berries, rhubarb and star anise on a bright palate.


LA PUERTA, 2006, Bonarda Reserva, Famatina Valley, Argentina

This rich elegant wine from the Bonarda grape has great body and texture with elegant fruit flavours and hints of cigar box spices on the nose.


PINOT NOIR, 2009, Bourgogne, Patriarche Pere et Fils

A generous and well-balanced wine with red fruit flavours and fine tannins carrying through to the finish.


CYCLES GLADIATOR, 2007, Cabernet Sauvignon, Hahn Estate, USA

A well-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with lovely aromas of raspberry, mint and mocha. Balanced acidity and red fruits make this wine lush and mouth filling.


PICAROON, MARGARET RIVER, 2010, Cabernet Sauvignon

A full flavoured and round wine with lots of cassis, dark plum and a hint of cigar box. The palate is well balanced with soft tannins and a touch of oak.


CHONO, 2010, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva, Chile

A full bodied wine with intense colour and a spicy nose with berries, black fruit and balanced tannins.


WINTERS DRIFT 2011, Shiraz, Elgin Valley, South Africa

A combination of Red & Blackberry flavours, Oak aromas with smooth soft tannins.


CHATEAU CADILLAC, 2009, Bordeaux Superieur

The 80% Merlot 20% Cabernet Sauvignon blend of this wine and 12 months ageing in French oak barrel all combine to produce this classic Claret. Great fruit and balanced mature tannins.


HAHN ESTATE, 2005, Syrah, USA

Hints of pepper and floral notes on the nose combine with plum, cherry and dark chocolate on the palate. A well-rounded wine with silky tannins and good acidity.


MOUNT RILEY, 2010, Pinot Noir, Nelson/Marlborough, New Zealand

A deliciously soft Pinot Noir with Plum, Cherry, berry fruit and spice aromas.
Gentle Oak influence has imparted rich savoury characters’ and supple elegant tannins.


CHIANTI CLASSICO, 2007, Castello di Meleto, Italy

Rich dry spicy Italian red with hints of cherry and tea leaves!


COTTAS RESERVA, 2010, Douro Doc, Portugal

A generous and well balanced red, deep ruby colour with great aromatic intensity, dominated by Blackberry, Plum and hints of vanilla.


SANTIAGO IJALBA, 2007, Rioja Reserva, Spain

The oak-ageing gives this fine Rioja a hint a vanilla and an orange tint. Plenty of fruit on the palate and silky tannins make this a great choice.


CHATEAUNEAF DU PAPE , 2006, Patriarche Père et Fils

Full bodied and rich earthy characters. Deep crimson colour with hints of wild red fruits and and cigar box spices on the nose.
